Dr. Adebola Akintomide, from the Department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M Texarkana. Dr. Akintomide’s dissertation was titled "Examining the Impact of Technology and Job Conditions on Truck Driver Shortage." Major Professor: Dr. Robert Pavur.
Dr. Pranay Prateek, from the Department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Minnesota Moorhead. Dr. Prateek’s dissertation was titled “The Language of Deception: Spotting Fraud in Donation Based Crowdfunding.” Major Professor: Dr. Dan Kim.

Dr. Ignacio Vargas Troncozo, from the Department of Marketing, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Andrés Bello in Chile. Dr. Vargas Troncozo’s dissertation was titled "THERE IS NO LIGHT WITHOUT DARKNESS: EXPLORING THE PERCEIVED ROLE OF MARKETING IN SOCIETY." Major Professors: Drs. Francisco Guzman and Lidan Xu.

Dr. Vivek Acharya, from the Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, and Law, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Midwestern State University. Dr. Acharya’s dissertation was titled "Essays on Environmental Performance and Firm Value." Major Professor. Dr. Stuart Gillan.
Dr. Setareh Daneshgar, from the Department of Supply Chain Management, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M Galveston. Dr. Daneshgar’s dissertation was titled "Empirical Investigations of the Metaverse in Supply Chain Management: Cyber Resilience and Circularity." Major Professor: Dr. Divesh Ojha.
Dr. Yunus Kalender, from the Department of Marketing, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Utah Valley University. Dr. Kalender’s dissertation was titled "ENGAGING CONSUMERS IN THE METAVERSE: MOTIVATIONS, INTERACTIONS, AND REAL-WORLD IMPLICATIONS." Major Professor: Dr. Francisco Guzman.
Dr. Fizza Kanwal from the Department of Management has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Lahore University of Management Sciences, Pakistan. Dr. Kanwal’s dissertation was titled "THE EMPLOYABILITY OF JOB APPLICANTS WITH NON-STANDARD ENGLISH ACCENTS: THE MODERATING ROLE OF IMPRESSION MANAGEMENT." Major Professor: Dr. Virginie Kidwell.

Dr. Mayssam Tarighi Shaayesteh, from the Department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences, has accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at California State University.
